Title: New administrative-business district in Baku City "Baku Business City (B.B.C.)"
Software used: Photoshop CS, 3Ds Max 9, ArchiCAD 10. ( rendered with V-ray)

Main concept is to make the new business district in not useble industrial zone and decrease problems with road traffic.
For planning it was important to use right composition, to make beautiful view form the sea named "sea facade".
To save this district from problems of city traffics such as underground overload and hard road traffics, I used internal underground that links to main city underground web and on-land metro that can transfer people to all main places in my district.
